My name is Paul Dermody
Currently based in Nottingham although originally from Salford in Greater Manchester.
I am an experienced Company Director, having successfully started companies in 2003 and 2013, and sold both in a multi-million pound deal in September 2015.
I created a property development business called Dermody Owen Associates, with the goal of trying to form alliances for joint ventures with a number of experienced investors.
Property education, hard work and perseverance allied to my strong business background and extensive Power Team network are at the foundation of the business proposition.
